Returns and Refunds
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of shipment received in the form of store credit. All sale items are final sales. Items must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition with original tags attached. Items can be brought back to our store for store credit or shipped back to our fulfillment address. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
To initiate a return or if you have any questions about returning an item please email email@example.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will send you mailing instructions after determining if the items are eligible for return. You will receive your account credit via email within 48 hours of receiving the eligible items back.
Any items shipped back not meeting these conditions will be donated and not refunded.
Items of a custom nature cannot be returned.
Please, do not mail returns without prior contact. They will not be accepted.
