HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We process all in stock orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Preorder items are not in stock and will ship once they come in, please read the item description for each preorder item to obtain an approximate shipping timeframe.

OOPS, I MADE A MISTAKE AND MY SHIPPING INFO IS INCORRECT! WHAT CAN I DO?

Please, email admin@fineryonmain.com immediately with the subject "ADDRESS CHANGE" and include your name, order number along with the correct shipping address in that email. If your item hasn't shipped already we will gladly make the change for you. If the item has already been shipped, we would need to wait until the order was returned to us to make any further changes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Sorry, we do not at this time. We only ship items inside the United States.

MY PACKAGE WAS DELAYED, LOST, STOLEN OR ARRIVED DAMAGED. 

Unfortunately, once the package is in possession of the delivery service, we no longer have control over them or their contents. If a package is delayed, lost, stolen, or arrives damaged we assume no responsibility for it. In many events it was delivered incorrectly to a neighbors house or placed in an unsuspecting area outside your property. The best course of action is to contact the delivery service and give them your tracking number so they can locate the package for you or resolve your dispute. If you ever receive any package in the mail that is damaged or opened-immediately take photos of the damage and note if any items are missing or damaged. Open a claim with the postal service to receive compensation for your missing or damaged items. We are very sorry if this super rare occurrence happens to you and will do our best to help you any way that we can to remedy the situation with the carrier. 

MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER BECAUSE THE ADDRESS IS WRONG. 

If your package was sent back due to you putting an incorrect shipping address, you can either have your order refunded (excluding the cost of shipping) or pay the cost to have it shipped a second time. We are not responsible for extra shipping fees due to customer input error.
